Xera

Xera is a recurring character in the Kibou Chronicles. She is one the best psychiatrists in the universe and takes her job seriously and tries to help people who are on the wrong path return to the right path, but even she knows there are some people that she can't help(or don't want help) despite her best efforts. Her right eye grants her the ability to loon into people's memories and figure out the source of their problem, it also allows her to hypnotize them for therapy and she can also use it to find her patients deepest, darkest secrets and fears.
